The Panel:


Ned Temko: a journalist and newspaper editor. His articles appear mainly in The Observer newspaper and focus on political and social issues. He has previously written for The Guardian and was, until 2006, editor of the
Jewish Chronicle.


Louise Ellman MP: Chair of the Jewish Labour Movement and Vice Chair of Labour Friends of Israel, the Britain Israel Parliamentary Group and a member of the All Party Committee Against Anti-Semitism. MP for Liverpool Riverside.


Daphna Baram: a freelance writer and journalist. Her features and articles have appeared in the Guardian, New Statesman, Independent, Jewish Quarterly, Ha’aretz and Yediot.


Dr. Tzvia Greenfeld: a former Knesset Member representing the social-democrat Meretz party. The first Ultra-Orthodox woman to serve in the Knesset, a peace and social activist and an educator.


Chairman Nicholas Saphir: the Chairman of New Israel Fund, is currently a trustee of the Kessler Foundation. Previously he was also Chairman of the Federation of Jewish Relief Organisations and Chairman of British Israel
Chamber of Commerce.
