NIF Executive Director Ellen Goldberg will participate in a panel discussion at New North London Synagogue.
Ellen will discuss what advice Israelis are receiving from activists in Israel’s Environmental Movement on Being Green during the Credit Crunch as well as in years of plenty.
As a partner in Israel’s only funding consortium for environmental issues, New Israel Fund helps influence how Israelis and Israeli policies are becoming greener – to conserve resources and ensure a cleaner and healthier environment for all Israelis.
The panel will be chaired by Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg. Other panellists are: Rob Rabinowitz [Climate Exchange (Europe) Ltd], Adam Savitz [Sustainability and Climate Change], and Danny Stone [RSPB]. This panel is part of a "Green Day" at New North London Synagogue from 2-5pm.
