Director of the Concord Research Centre for Integration of International Law in Israel, Visiting Professor at University College London, Professor of Law at the Hebrew University, and Chair of HEMDAT: The Council for Freedom of Religion in Israel.

The Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee is drafting a new constitution for Israel. However, a number of Israeli civil society organisations and individuals have produced their own constitution called the “Just Constitution” as they are concerned that the Knesset Committee’s version will not guarantee equality, freedom and social justice for all of Israel’s citizens.
